I’ve been feeling quite stressed with work lately and having those 60 minutes to completely switch off and just relax was exactly what I needed.

The time flew by, which is always a sign of how deeply I was able to relax. As I reflect on the past week, I remember going into it feeling remarkably calm and centred. There was a strong sense of focus that carried me through, and I felt genuinely optimistic about what the week ahead would bring. That mindset helped set the tone for a productive and balanced week, and I’m hopeful that this momentum will continue moving forward. I’m looking forward to the next session.

You created such a calm and professional atmosphere. Your explanation at the start was clear and reassuring, which helped me ease into the session and feel at ease right away. The deep breathing exercises were a lovely way to start, I could feel the tension start to melt away.

The sound from the bowls was incredible. I could really feel the vibrations moving through me, some sounds seemed to wash over me, while others moved from side to side, creating an immersive experience. And the gong… wow! That sound was powerful it gave me goosebumps!

“I loved the sound therapy! 

It was my first experience of one and I hadn’t been sure what to expect.  Even now, three days later, I am feeling the benefits.

When I arrived, I was feeling stressed, anxious and fatigued from a long and intense week at work.  By the end of the sound bath, I felt like I floated home!

The music was louder than I expected, but in a very positive way.  I felt like it was passing through me (more specifically my head) and I loved the feeling it gave me.  I felt like each sound was a different colour and enjoyed them all.
